Warsaw City Tours and Warsaw City Guided Bus Tours are brands created by Local Rent a Car Sp. z o.o., a travel agency focused on tours in Warsaw and Poland for foreign visitors.

The comapny was established in 1993 by two individuals with passion for travel and people: Mrs. Dorota Szablewska, the most professional Warsaw city guide and Zbigniew Ciemuchowski, a longtime concierge - Le Clef D'or of Inter-Continental Hotel in Warsaw.

For 25 years we have provided a combination of highest touristic and transport services for both individual and business customers. We are proud of having thousands of satisfied customers.

Upon booking, you will receive a voucher by email containing all details about the tour. You can check the status of your booking at anytime.

AFTER YOU BOOK
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: CONTACT THE OPERATOR A DAY BEFORE THE TOUR TO SETTLE PAYMENT

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible. The appropriate amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Contact our Customer Service for help with changes or cancellations.
